1600 Gold Standard
Calibration Grade Load Cell
The 1600 Gold Standard series is a calibration grade Low Profile load cell that offers improved accuracy of performance and temperature characteristics. Additional gauges help improve the performance and the locked-in calibration adaptor removes uncertainty of thread engagement which with a stiff flexure could otherwise cause poor non-repeatability at lower applied forces.
Every unit is supplied with the choice of an NIST traceable ASTM E74 or ISO376 traceable 3-run calibration certificate that includes graphical plots and calculations of figures for polynomial fit equation. The calibration starts from just 4% of capacity
1606 Gold Standard
Low Capacity Calibration Load Cell
The 1606 Gold Standard is a low capacity, tension and compression load cell designed to be used as a calibration reference unit to calibrate other load cells.
It is supplied complete with factory, locked in calibration adaptor and ASTM E74, 3 run NIST traceable calibration certificate, equivalent to ISO 376.
1800 Platinum Series
Enhanced Calibration Grade
The 1800 Platinum Standard series is an enhanced calibration grade Low Profile load cell that offers improved accuracy of performance and temperature characteristics. Additional gauges help improve the performance for best resolution at all capacities. The load cell thread adaptor, male or female, is now integral being machined from the same material blank as the load cell. The integral fitting removes any uncertainty of thread engagement which with a stiff flexure could otherwise cause poor non-repeatability at lower applied forces. The 1800 units are warranted to perform down to 2% of rated capacity per ASTM-E74 and every unit is supplied with a NIST traceable ASTM-E74 calibration certificate.
2200 Calibration Column
Calibration Grade, Column Load Cell
Here at Interface we have found that customers have an increasing requirement to perform on site calibrations of test equipment. The Interface 1600 Gold Standard, while an excellent calibration load cell is often considered too heavy for easy portability. We have therefore developed the new 2200 series to meet this need. Weighing between 35lb and 45lbs, the 2200 series is relatively light weight. Supplied with carrying handles, these load cells are easier to transport and position than equivalent Low Profile units.
The 2200 series is available in 100K-lb and 200K-lb capacities with a performance of <0.10% full scale ensuring the highest levels of accuracy. Each load cell is supplied with an ASTM E74 calibration with ISO-376 available if required.

AS600 mV/V Simulator
mV/V Load Cell Simulator
The AS600 Transducer Simulator is designed for calibration of the DFI-01 High Accuracy Digital Indicator but also provides a convenient solution to the problems of commissioning, calibration and fault isolation in strain gauge bridge transducer systems.
The AS600 simulates any type of strain gauge bridge transducer including:
- Load Cells
- Pressure Transducers
The dual attenuator network gives a symmetrical output simulating a full active strain gauge bridge. It is mounted in a die-cast box providing durability in either laboratory or field environments.

4 Post Calibration Test Stand
Interface's Automated Calibration System, for calibrating load cells, uses a rigid mechanical frame with precison alignment between fixed base plate and fixed cross head. The load frame provides an incrementally adjustable test space capable of compensating for minute differences in calibration assembly length. Workspace* is stabilized via four 2-inch smooth, chrome plated columns - allowing for ample clearspace between columns and a high-test space adequate for most load cells. The hydraulic actuator movement provides for accurate tension and compression measurements, both in a single installation made possible by a unique slack adapter.
